Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 24×7 Services Center UAE, our goal is to provide reliable and professional home appliance repair services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

1. Service Booking & Cancellation

  • Customers can book repair services by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp (0544146824).

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may incur a minimum service call charge.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide on-site appliance repair services, refunds apply under the following conditions only:

  • If our technician is unable to repair the appliance and no service was performed, you may be eligible for a refund of any advance payment (if taken).

  • If parts are required and the customer chooses not to proceed, only the diagnostic/service call fee will be charged (if applicable).

  • Once the repair service is completed and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

3. Service Warranty

  • If a repair is covered by a service warranty, the warranty terms will be clearly explained at the time of service.

  • Warranty covers only the specific issue repaired, not unrelated problems or damages caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party intervention.

4. Advance Payments (if applicable)

  • In some cases, an advance payment may be requested to confirm a booking or order specific items.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels after the technician has been dispatched or parts have been sourced.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service call/inspection charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the technician has visited the customer’s location.

  • Any work already performed is chargeable and not eligible for refund.
